IT systems are an integral part of our service. Therefore BBV has decided to develop an own IT platform to have the highest level of control of your shipment data. 

Our system – BBVS – is developed to increase the flexibility and reliability of your import shipments. By gaining data from the cargo handling companies at Amsterdam Airport, we are able to act pro-actively and retrieve cargo in a timely matter to avoid unnecesarry storage charges and especially decrease the amount of emails as well supporting a paperless handling. 

Once the shipments arrived at our warehouse, we make use of a system to register the cargo, including generating pictures of the cargo which are automatically being send to the customer. Seamless communication and direct visibility are the key of our success as we take control of it with our own system.
